We operate all our consultancy services in accordance with Investors in People. All staff and associates of the practice and all disciplines are included. We regularly carry out internal quality audits and have a full time staff member dedicated to ensure that agreed operational procedures are fully implemented.

SCE’s commitment to quality is summarised as follows:-

Objective
To offer a professional, efficient, reliable and cost effective service that achieves client satisfaction and enhances market status.
To provide the service required in a manner meeting all specified client requirements.

Policy
In order to achieve this objective each discipline within the practice has:-
developed and implemented quality management services which are appropriate to its own operation and take account of the internal and external client service it provides. The Quality Management System was developed in accordance with the requirements of Investors in People. Third party accreditation has been arranged for 1 march 2004.
